so HI! finals have come and gone. ended up doing last minute cramming at E’s place cos my food cravings get satisfied without me even leaving my books hehehe. business law was my last final but i was so totally not worried for that class so wed night i headed over to E’s place and we watched southpark episodes while getting hungry and deciding what to eat and then austin came in and said gabby’s making chilli dogs so we had our supper decision made for us hahahha.
nearly woke up late for my business law final on thurs. i mean come on 8 am final? okay i know i should be used to it cos singapore finals start earlier than that, not to mention you’re supposed to report to school for morning assembly too but STILL! hahhaha. ended early, prof told us individually what our scores for the class were so far, so i knew i pretty much scored an A for that class (assuming i get at least a B for my final, which isnt a very bad assumption to make anyway HAHAHA). E picked me up after his meeting and we had pancakes + sausages + bacon + hash browns for breakfast YUMMY. work was a total bitch for the first time ever in my life so i was in a pretty much sucky mood. memphis for dinner and drinks with april, drove over to kitsch for more drinks cos she was feeling crappy about her architecture course grade.
E came over to join us and surprised me. was really surprised cos he texted me and said he was gonna go home after class instead cos he had a terrible headache but he decided to come anyway cos he knew i was in a crappy mood over work and other shit so when he appeared i was like omg. i mean, i was kinda happy and touched cos i realized that when you really like someone, you put their needs before your own, and no guy that i’ve ever been with (at least recently) has ever put my needs before their own. not that i needed him to be there, but it was nice having him around that night, it just made me feel that much better you know? i like having him around (:
slept in on friday, drove to work, grabbed my strawberry milkshake from in & out on the way in. voicemail system motherboard in the office burned out and the replacement wouldn’t be in till monday so had to play secretary the whole day, picking up calls, taking messages, kids running all over the front office cos the parents were having their deposition taken, annoying the heck out of me plus they were germy so i hid out in my boss’s room haha (she told me to cos she didn’t want me catching a virus), nearly forgot i drove to work cos i usually don’t if i have school, dropped the car off at home cos E wanted to pick me up, headed to his place again. hahah. can’t help that there’s really nowhere to go around here at night. plus i love hanging out with him and his roommate + roomie’s girlfriend.
got back the grade of one class while watching grey’s, i was freaking out cos i thought i saw a B and i was so disappointed but then i zoomed in and realized it was an A so YAY HELLO DEAN’S LIST. grey’s was epic insane. E went to the kitchen to grab food and Derek got shot and i screamed and then he and Austin came running in hahaha so funny. was supposed to go for some party but i didn’t want to be home too late cos i was leaving for San Diego at 8 am so Austin left with Gabby and Edgar and i watched lost in translation. still ended up coming home at 3 am, woke up at 730, texted April that i’d meet her at 815 instead, ended up waking up at 815 and then panicking and rushing out of the house hahahha.
so anyway, had an AWESOME road trip to San Diego with April hahahha. i’m gonna miss her :( im totally guilt tripping her for leaving me for Korea for the next 3 months. :( checked out this architecture school there, drove around the place, had some AWESOME, CHEAP + EXTREMELY FILLING fusion food for lunch, will post pics later, shopped shopped and shopped(first retail therapy in months so proud of myself hahahah), checked out some apartments so we can get an idea of where to live, went to the beach, watched two guys fish, had a rather interesting conversation with them at the same time, basically, it was a really chill day spending time with one of my fav girl friends (:
okay so its 4 am now, im tired but not sleepy, doing some random reorganizations of my room, cos i’ve pretty much cleared up my mess(forced to by the mothership who’s going on a rampage these days, i swear its pms again). going running with edgar later hahhahah. we shall see how that turns out. and yes people, E = Edgar hahaha. you want picture? check my fb hahaha. i’m just too lazy to type his whole name out. anyway E is cute hahahha.
so! this post shall mark the official beginning of my summer adventures :DD san francisco on monday CANT WAIT. and i think vegas next weekend hahahhha. oh don’t you all just love summer break?! i think i shall plan a trip to florida next. hehe.
